Terms of Service
1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Infino AI Inc. governing access to our search and retrieval engine for object storage. By creating an account or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service description
Infino provides a search engine for object storage that executes full-text search, vector search, and SQL directly on Apache Parquet files. The service includes query execution against object storage, access controls, audit logging, APIs, SDKs, developer tools, deployment support for various environments, and professional services.
3. Account registration and security
You must register with accurate information and are responsible for protecting your credentials and maintaining organizational compliance. You must notify us of any unauthorized access attempts.
4. Data processing and compliance
We process data according to our Data Processing Agreement and applicable regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional regulations. You retain ownership of your data, with data residency options available.
5. Service level agreement
We commit to 99.9% uptime availability for production environments, with 24/7 monitoring, incident response, automatic failover, and disaster recovery capabilities for enterprise customers.
6. Intellectual property rights
Infino retains all intellectual property rights in the service; you keep all rights to your content. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement purposes.
7. Acceptable use policy
You may not violate laws, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, reverse engineer the platform, or exceed usage limits.
8. Termination and data retention
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. After termination, your data remains available for export for 90 days, with extended retention negotiable for enterprise accounts.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is capped at the amount paid by Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, with disputes resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
